Lamb Rump
Boneless Lamb Rump is perfect as individual roast joint or cut into smaller steaks.
Suggested portion size - one lamb rump per person.
All our lamb is British and pasture raised with full traceability right back to the farmer. We only select lamb from farms and abattoirs that meet our standards of welfare and animal husbandry.
We age our lamb for 7-10 days in our carcass dry ageing room, which features a Himalayan salt wall which aides in the texture and flavour development of the lamb.
