THE TEAM
Steven (Meat)
Steven has worked as a Butcher in the meat industry since the age of 14. He honed his talents at some of the most distinguished butchers across the UK and before moving back to the North East to set up Block & Bottle Steven developed a range of products and events at West London’s Hook and Cleaver where he discovered a passion for the world of charcuterie. He soaked up knowledge from mentors to become a master of his craft.
Katie (Beer)
Five years of co-ordinating major events has gave Katie an expert knowledge of catering for lavish parties with the highest quality produce from suppliers. She has worked closely with top British chefs including Angela Hartnett to deliver first-class experiences for all lucky enough to attend her events. Katie has travelled extensively around the UK, Europe and America, seeking out the very best craft breweries.
Ellie (Production Manager)
Ellie joined our team at the start of the first lockdown. Ellie has worked at some of the top independent food businesses in Newcastle including Cook House, Barrio Comida and Northern Rye.
