The classic slow roast lamb, with healthy amount of fat which renders down to produce amazing flavour.
Suggested portion size - 300-350g per person.

All our lamb is British and pasture raised with full traceability right back to the farmer. We only select lamb from farms and abattoirs that meet our standards of welfare and animal husbandry.
We age our lamb for 7-10 days in our carcass dry ageing room, which features a Himalayan salt wall which aides in the texture and flavour development of the lamb.
