When will my order be shipped?

Orders that contain only Gift Cards are sent via Royal Mail First Class as soon as possible after the order is received.

Meat Orders are dispatched once a week on a Wednesday via Next Day Delivery. Orders must be received by midnight on Sunday to be shipped that week. Please note we use a Next Day Delivery service, but occasionally there can be delays and orders arrive the following day - don’t worry the wool cool packaging will keep your meat fresh.

I have a problem with my order

Items damaged in transit?
If your order arrives and the contents, or part of the contents have been damaged in transit, let us know which items have been damaged and we will replace the damaged items or offer a refund. Please email a photo of the damaged items and the packaging as you received it and your order number to weborders@blocknbottle.com

Incorrect items?
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please email weborders@blocknbottle.com and let us know your order number and  which item is incorrect. We will either send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item. We will not charge you for the incorrect item.
