Our dry cured smoked back bacon is smoked for 12 hours over our house blend of beech and maple wood giving it a sweet smokey flavour.
The bacon comes in a 375g pack (approximately 10 rashers)
Ingredients - Pork & Bacon Cure (3%) [Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (E250, E251), Yeast Extract, Antioxidant (E301)]
All our pork is British, free range and outdoor reared with full traceability right back to the farmer. We only select pork from farms and abattoirs that meet our standards of welfare and animal husbandry.
