Our perfectly balanced herby breakfast sausage.
These sausages are Gluten Free and we use natural casings.
We make all of our sausages in house from our Old Spot pork which has been hung for 7-10 days in our carcass dry ageing room, which features a Himalayan salt wall which aides in the texture and flavour development of the pork.
Portion - Size 6x Sausages (Each Sausage weighs approximately 100g)
Ingredients: Pork, Gluten Free Lincolnshire Seasoning (Rice Flour, Salt, Herbs, Sugar, Spices, Dried Onion, Dried Leek, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract), Preservative (sodium sulphite).
