Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

“My Gift Voucher has run out, can I extend it?” Unfortunately not - our till system won’t allow us to put any out of date vouchers through. Please don’t phone to ask us, you wouldn’t ask Tescos to extend a voucher so please don’t try it just because we are a small business.

Gift Card terms and conditions:

Use of your Block and Bottle gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read these carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Block and Bottle reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Protect your gift card! We cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. If you have lost your gift card please contact us BEFORE the expiry date and we will do what we can to help you (please note this is not a guarantee as this is not always possible). Once the gift card has expired we are unable to resolve any issues so please make sure you contact us before the gift card expires.

2. Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be extended. Gift cards can be used gradually before they expire - you do not need to spend it all at once, however any remaining balance will not be refunded after the expiry date.

3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or cash refunds will be given. You can use your gift card over several purchases provided that there is still a balance on the gift card and it has not expired.

4. Physical gift cards are for our shop on Heaton Road and cannot be used on our webshop.

5. Gift Cards cannot be used for Christmas deposits.
